What is fitness accountability coaching?

It is a coaching relationship built around regular check-ins, support, and guidance so you can stay consistent with your choices and routines.

Why do I need an accountability coach?

Changing your habits is hard on your own. Accountability adds structure, encouragement, and a real person helping you get back on track when life gets in the way.

What kind of contact will I have with my coach?

The coaching programme is delivered through WhatsApp text messages and voice notes six days a week, Monday to Saturday.

What kind of food will I be expected to eat?

There is no prescribed meal plan. If fat loss is your goal, you will be supported to eat within a calorie deficit in a way that suits your lifestyle.

What type of exercise will I need to do?

Regular physical activity matters, but the format is your choice. Walking, yoga, strength training, or other movement can all fit the programme.

Do I have to live in the UK?

Sara currently accepts clients in the UK and other locations with a similar time zone so support can stay timely and effective.

How long will I stay on the programme?

That depends on your goals, but many clients stay for one to three months while building the confidence to continue independently.
